My Tasks
The My Tasks page shows every task that’s been assigned to you across all your projects. You can view them as a list or on a Kanban board, and filter them by status, priority, or keyword.
Go to Sidebar → My Tasks to get here.
Switching Views
At the top-right corner, you’ll see two buttons to switch between views:
- List — Tasks shown as a vertical list of cards
- Board — Tasks shown on a Kanban board with columns
You can switch between these at any time. Your filters carry over between views.
List View
In List View, your tasks are displayed as cards stacked vertically, with 20 tasks per page. Each task card shows:
- A colored left border indicating priority:
- Red = Urgent
- Orange = High
- Yellow = Medium
- Gray = Low
- A status icon on the left (circle for To Do, clock for In Progress, alert for In Review, checkmark for Done)
- The task title
- A short description (if available, shown as a single line)
- A project badge showing which project the task belongs to
- A priority badge in the top-right corner (color-coded with label)
- The due date — shown in red with an “Overdue” label if past due
Pagination
If you have more than 20 tasks, you’ll see pagination controls at the bottom:
- A “Page X of Y” label on the left
- Previous and Next arrow buttons on the right
Board View (Kanban)
In Board View, your tasks are organized into four columns:
| Column | What it means |
|---|---|
| To Do | Tasks that haven’t been started yet |
| In Progress | Tasks you’re currently working on |
| In Review | Tasks that are being reviewed |
| Done | Tasks that are completed |
Each column shows a count of how many tasks are in it. Task cards in Board View are more compact and show:
- The task title (up to 2 lines)
- A short description (1 line, if available)
- The project name as a small badge
- A priority dot (color-coded)
- The due date (red if overdue)
The Board View is read-only. You cannot drag tasks between columns. Task status changes are managed by your project manager through the Agency Dashboard.
Filters
You have three ways to narrow down your task list:
Status Tabs (List View only)
At the top of the page in List View, you’ll see status tabs:
- All — Show all tasks regardless of status
- To Do — Only tasks not yet started
- In Progress — Only tasks being worked on
- In Review — Only tasks under review
- Done — Only completed tasks
Click any tab to filter. The active tab is highlighted.
Priority Dropdown
A dropdown that lets you filter by priority level:
- All Priority (default)
- Urgent
- High
- Medium
- Low
Search
A search field that filters tasks by title. Start typing and the list updates as you type (with a short delay so it doesn’t flicker).
If you’re looking for a specific task, the search field is the fastest way to find it. Just type a few letters of the task name and it’ll show up.
