Agency Dashboard
The Agency Dashboard is the main control panel for your agency. It’s where you manage everything — projects, clients, team members, budgets, support tickets, reports, and settings.
Who is it for?
The Agency Dashboard is built for the people who run the agency:
- Owners — Full access to everything, including billing and organization settings.
- Admins — Can manage projects, clients, and team members. No access to billing or deleting the organization.
- Managers — Can manage projects and tasks assigned to them, approve team time logs, and view client information.
Team members (like designers and developers) and clients each have their own separate portals. The Agency Dashboard is specifically for the people managing the business.
What can you do here?
Here’s a quick summary of each section:

How to get there
Once you log in at app.projexia.in , you’re taken straight to the Agency Dashboard. Use the sidebar on the left to navigate between sections.
If you’re brand new, start with the Dashboard page — it gives you a bird’s-eye view of everything happening across your agency.
