Files

The Files section is your central hub for all documents, images, and other files related to your projects. You can browse what your agency has shared, download files, and upload your own.

Go to Sidebar → Files to get here.

Browsing Files

You have two ways to browse your files:

Grid View

Files are displayed as cards in a grid. Each card shows:

  • A file icon based on the file type (image, PDF, spreadsheet, document, etc.)
  • The file name
  • The file size (e.g., “2.4 MB”)
  • The upload date

List View

Files are displayed in a table with columns for name, type, size, project, and date. This is useful when you have a lot of files and want to scan through them quickly.

Use the toggle button in the top-right corner to switch between Grid and List view.

Searching and Filtering

  • Search bar — Type a file name to quickly find what you’re looking for.
  • Project filter — Use the dropdown to show only files from a specific project. This is especially helpful if you have files across multiple projects and want to narrow things down.

Uploading Files

To upload a file:

  1. Click the “Upload” button at the top of the page.
  2. Select a project — Choose which project the file belongs to.
  3. Choose a file — Pick the file from your computer.
  4. Add notes (optional) — Write a short description so your agency knows what the file is for.
  5. Click Upload.

The file will appear in your file list once it’s uploaded.

Adding a note when you upload is really helpful. For example, if you’re uploading a logo, you could write “Updated logo — please use this version going forward.” This gives your agency context right away.

File Types

The Files section supports many different file types. You’ll see a different icon depending on what kind of file it is:

  • Images (PNG, JPG, GIF, etc.) — Image icon
  • PDFs — PDF icon
  • Spreadsheets (Excel, CSV) — Spreadsheet icon
  • Documents (Word, Google Docs) — Document icon
  • Other files — Generic file icon

Each file also shows its size and the date it was uploaded, so you can easily tell if you’re looking at the latest version.

Downloading Files

To download a file, simply click on it. The file will download to your computer automatically.

If your agency shares a large number of files, use the project filter and search bar to find what you need quickly. You don’t have to scroll through everything.
