Files

The Files section lets you browse and download all files that have been shared on your projects. You have read-only access here — file uploads are handled by your managers through the Agency Dashboard.

Go to Sidebar → Files to get here.

Browsing Files

When you open the Files page, you’ll see all files from your assigned projects. The page header shows the total number of files available to you.

Searching and Filtering

At the top, you have two ways to narrow things down:

  • Search bar — Type a file name (or part of it) to quickly find what you’re looking for. Results update as you type.
  • Project filter — A dropdown that lets you view files from a specific project. Select “All Projects” to see everything, or pick a particular project to narrow the list.

File Grouping

When viewing files from all projects, files are automatically grouped by project. You’ll see a project name as a heading, followed by all files belonging to that project. Each group also shows the number of files in it.

When you filter by a specific project, the grouping goes away and you see a flat list of files for that project.

File Details

Each file appears as a row with the following information:

  • File icon — A colored icon based on the file type:
    • Blue for images (PNG, JPG, GIF)
    • Red for PDFs
    • Orange for archives (ZIP, RAR)
    • Green for spreadsheets (Excel, CSV)
    • Purple for code files (JS, HTML, CSS, Python)
    • Gray for other document types
  • File name — The name of the file (highlights on hover)
  • Uploaded by — Who uploaded the file
  • Upload date — When the file was added
  • File size — How big the file is (in KB or MB)

Downloading Files

To download or open a file, simply click on it. The file will open in a new browser tab. From there, you can save it to your computer using your browser’s download option.

You cannot upload files from the Team Portal. If you need to share a file with your team, send it to your manager and they can upload it through the Agency Dashboard.

If you’re looking for a specific file and have many files across multiple projects, use the project filter first to narrow down to the right project, then use the search bar to find the exact file.
