Approvals
Approvals are how your agency shares deliverables with you and asks for your sign-off. Whenever your agency finishes a piece of work — like a design mockup, a document, or a feature — they’ll send it to you for approval. You then review it and decide: approve it or send it back for revisions.

Approvals List Page
Summary Cards
At the top of the page, you’ll see four summary cards that give you a quick count of your approvals:
| Card | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Pending | Approvals waiting for your decision |
| Approved | Items you’ve already approved |
| Rejected | Items you’ve sent back for revisions |
| Total | The total number of all approvals |
Filter Pills
Below the summary cards, there are filter pills you can click to show only certain approvals:
- All — Shows everything
- Pending — Only items waiting for your review
- Approved — Only approved items
- Rejected — Only rejected items
Batch Actions
If you have several approvals waiting, you don’t have to open each one individually. You can use batch actions to handle them in bulk:
- Select multiple approvals by clicking the checkbox next to each one.
- Or click Select All Pending to select every pending approval at once.
- Then click Bulk Approve or Bulk Reject to process them all together.
Batch actions are a huge time-saver when you have a lot of pending approvals. You can approve everything in a few clicks instead of opening each one.
Approval Detail Page
Click on any approval to open its detail page. Here’s what you’ll see:
Approval Info
- Title — What this deliverable is (e.g., “Homepage Design v2”)
- Version — Which version of the deliverable this is
- Status — Pending, Approved, or Rejected
- Submitted date — When the agency sent it to you
- Decision date — When you approved or rejected it (if applicable)
Auto-Approve Countdown
Some approvals have an auto-approve timer. This means if you don’t respond within a certain number of days, the approval is automatically marked as approved.
If an auto-approve timer is active, you’ll see a countdown showing how much time you have left to review it.
Keep an eye on the auto-approve countdown. If you don’t review the deliverable before the timer runs out, it will be automatically approved. Check your pending approvals regularly so nothing slips through.
Making a Decision
In the Decision section, you have two buttons:
- Approve — Click this to confirm you’re happy with the deliverable.
- Reject — Click this to send it back for changes.
For either option, you can add an optional note explaining your decision. This is especially helpful if you’re rejecting something — let your agency know what needs to change.
Annotations
Annotations let you leave specific comments on the deliverable. Think of them as sticky notes you can attach to point out exactly what you like or what needs fixing.
Each annotation shows:
- Your comment
- Resolution status — Whether the agency has addressed your feedback or not
This is a great way to give precise, detailed feedback instead of writing a long paragraph.
Annotations are especially useful for visual deliverables like designs. You can pinpoint exactly what needs to change instead of describing it in words.
