Answers to common questions about Projexia plans, pricing, and billing.
What plans are available?
Projexia offers multiple plans to fit different agency sizes. Each plan comes with different limits on team members, projects, and storage. To see the current plans and pricing, go to Settings → Billing & Plan in your Agency Dashboard.
How do I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
- Go to Sidebar → Settings
- Click the Billing & Plan tab
- Review the available plans
- Click Upgrade on the plan you want
To downgrade, follow the same steps and select a lower plan. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Only the Owner role can manage billing and change plans. If you’re an Admin, Manager, Member, or Viewer, ask the organization owner to make changes.
What payment methods do you accept?
Projexia accepts payment methods through the billing system configured in your account. Check Settings → Billing & Plan → Payment Methods to see and manage your available options.
Where can I see my billing history?
- Go to Settings → Billing & Plan
- Scroll down to Billing History
- You’ll see a list of past invoices with dates, amounts, and payment status
- Click on any invoice to download a PDF copy
What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
When you reach a limit on your current plan:
- Team Members — You can’t invite new members until you upgrade or remove existing ones
- Projects — You can’t create new projects until you upgrade or archive existing ones
- Storage — You can’t upload new files until you upgrade or delete existing ones
Your existing data is never deleted or affected. You just can’t add more until you make room or upgrade to a higher plan.
Before upgrading, try archiving old projects or removing inactive team members. You might free up enough capacity on your current plan.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription from Settings → Billing & Plan. When you cancel, your account remains active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account may be downgraded to a free plan with limited features.
Do you offer refunds?
Refund policies depend on the specific circumstances. Contact Projexia support for refund requests.

Check the Settings → Billing & Plan page for information about available plans, including any free tier options.
