My Projects

The My Projects page shows all the projects you’ve been assigned to. You can see project status, health, your task breakdown, and team details — all from one place.

Go to Sidebar → My Projects to get here.

Project List

Your projects are displayed in a grid layout — one column on mobile, two columns on desktop. Each project card shows:

  • A project icon and name — click anywhere on the card to open the project detail page
  • A status badge indicating where the project stands (Active, In Progress, Completed, On Hold, Cancelled)
  • A short description (if available, up to 2 lines)
  • A stats row at the bottom with:
    • My tasks / Total tasks — How many tasks are assigned to you vs. total tasks in the project
    • Team count — How many people are on the project
    • Due date — When the project is due (shown in red with “Overdue” if past due)
    • Health status — A colored dot with a label (On Track, At Risk, or Off Track)

The page header also shows a count of how many projects are assigned to you.

If you don’t see any projects yet, it means your manager hasn’t assigned you to any. You’ll see them here as soon as you’re added to a project.

Project Detail Page

Click on any project card to open its detail page. Here’s what you’ll find:

At the top of the detail page, you’ll see:

  • A “My Projects” back link to go back to the list
  • The project name in large text
  • A status badge (Active, In Progress, etc.)
  • The health indicator (On Track, At Risk, Off Track) with a colored dot
  • A short description of the project (if available)
  • Key details in a row below:
    • Start date
    • Due date (red if overdue)
    • Member count
    • Task progress (e.g., “3 / 8 my tasks done”)

Tabs

Below the header, you’ll find tabs to explore different aspects of the project:

My Tasks Tab

This tab shows all tasks assigned to you within this project. Each task appears as a card with:

  • A status icon (circle, clock, alert, or checkmark)
  • The task title
  • The due date (red if overdue)
  • A status badge (To Do, In Progress, In Review, Done)
  • A colored left border showing priority (red = Urgent, orange = High, yellow = Medium, gray = Low)

If you have no tasks in this project, you’ll see a “No tasks assigned to you in this project” message.

Milestones Tab

This tab shows the project’s milestones — key checkpoints that mark important progress. Each milestone shows:

  • A flag icon
  • The milestone title
  • The due date (red if overdue)
  • A status badge (Pending, Active, Completed, etc.)

Milestones help you understand the bigger picture — what major goals the project is working toward and when they’re expected.

Team Tab

This tab shows everyone working on the project. Each team member card displays:

  • An avatar with their initials
  • Their name
  • Their project role (what they do on this project) and organization role (their overall role)

This is useful for knowing who else is on the project and what role they play.

Updates Tab

This tab appears only if there are project updates. Each update shows:

  • The author’s name and avatar
  • The date the update was posted
  • The update content — a message from your manager or admin about what’s happening on the project

Check the Updates tab regularly to stay on top of what your manager is sharing about the project. It’s a great way to stay informed without having to ask for status updates.
