Projects

The Projects page is where you can see every project your agency is working on for you. You can track progress, check milestones, read updates, and see which team members are assigned — all in one place.

Go to Sidebar → Projects to get here.

Two Ways to View Your Projects

You can switch between two different views using the toggle in the top-right corner of the page:

Board View (Kanban)

This shows your projects as cards organized into columns by status:

  • Planning — Projects that haven’t started yet
  • In Progress — Projects currently being worked on
  • On Hold — Projects that are temporarily paused
  • Completed — Projects that are finished
  • Cancelled — Projects that were stopped

Each column shows how many projects are in that status. This is a great visual way to see where all your projects stand at a glance.

Grid View

This shows your projects as cards in a grid layout. Each card includes:

  • Project name
  • Status badge (color-coded)
  • Progress bar showing completion percentage
  • Start date and end date

Grid view is helpful when you want to quickly scan through all your projects and compare their progress.

Try both views and see which one you prefer. The toggle remembers your choice, so it stays on the view you last used.

Searching and Filtering

At the top of the page, you have tools to find specific projects:

  • Search bar — Type a project name to quickly find it.
  • Status filter — Click a status pill (like “In Progress” or “Completed”) to show only projects in that status.

These filters work in both Board and Grid views.

Project Detail Page

Click on any project card to open its detail page. This is where you get the full picture of a single project.

Project Header

At the top, you’ll see:

  • The project name
  • The current status badge
  • Start date and end date
  • Timeline showing how far along the project is based on dates
  • Progress bar with a completion percentage

Tabs

Below the header, the project detail page is organized into tabs:

Overview

A summary of the project including description, key details, and a general status update.

Milestones

Milestones are the major checkpoints in your project. Each milestone shows:

  • Name and description
  • Status (Pending, In Progress, Completed)
  • Due date

Think of milestones as the big “finish lines” within a project. For example, “Design Phase Complete” or “Beta Launch” might be milestones.

Updates

This tab shows a timeline of updates your agency has posted about the project. Each update includes:

  • Title and description
  • Who posted it and when
  • Health status (On Track, At Risk, Off Track)

This is where your agency keeps you informed about what’s been done and what’s coming next.

Team

A list of all the people working on your project. For each team member, you’ll see:

  • Name and role
  • Avatar

This helps you know who’s involved and who to reach out to if you have questions.

Files

All files related to this specific project. You can browse and download them directly from here.

The project detail page is read-only. Your agency manages the project details, milestones, and updates. If you need something changed, use the Requests section to send a message to your agency.
