Dashboard

The Dashboard is the first thing you see when you log in to the Client Portal. It’s your homepage — a quick summary of everything happening across your projects so you can stay informed without clicking into each section.

Go to Sidebar → Dashboard to get here.


Stat Cards

At the top of the Dashboard, you’ll see four stat cards in a row:

Total ProjectsThe total number of projects your agency is managing for you
ActiveHow many projects are currently being worked on
CompletedHow many projects are finished
Team MembersThe number of agency team members assigned to your projects

These give you a quick snapshot of where things stand, without having to open any other page.


Overall Progress

Below the stat cards, you’ll see two visual indicators that show how your projects are doing overall:

  • Progress Ring — A circular chart showing your overall completion percentage across all projects. The bigger the filled portion, the more work is done.
  • Segmented Bar — A horizontal bar broken into colored sections representing each project status:
    • Completed — Projects that are finished
    • In Progress — Projects currently being worked on
    • Planning — Projects that haven’t started yet
    • On Hold — Projects that are paused
    • Cancelled — Projects that were stopped

Together, these two visuals give you a bird’s-eye view of your project portfolio in seconds.


Recent Activity

This section shows the latest updates from your projects. Each entry includes:

  • An icon indicating the type of update (status change, milestone, deliverable, etc.)
  • A title describing what happened
  • The project name it relates to
  • When it happened (e.g., “2h ago”, “Yesterday”)

This is a great way to stay on top of what’s changed recently without having to check each project individually.

If you see an update that catches your eye, head over to Sidebar → Projects and click into that project for the full picture.


Upcoming Deadlines

This card lists the top 5 projects with the nearest upcoming due dates. For each one, you’ll see:

  • The project name
  • The due date

This helps you know what’s coming up soon so there are no surprises.

If a project’s deadline has already passed, it will be highlighted so you can follow up with your agency team right away.


Quick Access Cards

Below the main sections, you’ll find three Quick Access areas that show recent items from other parts of the portal:

Invoices

Shows your 4 most recent invoices with their status (Paid, Pending, Overdue, etc.) and amount. Click any invoice to go to its detail page, or click the header to go to the full Invoices section.

Approvals

Shows your 4 most recent approvals with their status (Pending, Approved, Rejected). Click any approval to review it, or click the header to see all approvals.

Support Requests

Shows your 4 most recent support tickets with their status and priority. Click any ticket to view the conversation, or click the header to see all requests.


Messages Preview

At the bottom of the Dashboard, you’ll see a preview of up to 3 chat rooms from the Messages section. This shows the room name and the latest message, so you can quickly see if anyone has sent you something new.

Click on any room to jump straight into the conversation.

The Dashboard pulls live data every time you visit, so the numbers and activity feed are always up to date.
