Reports
The Reports section is where your agency shares periodic progress reports with you. These reports summarize what’s been done, highlight key metrics, and give you a clear picture of how your projects are progressing.

What Are Reports?
Reports are documents your agency creates at regular intervals to keep you informed. They can be:
- Weekly — A quick summary of what happened this week
- Monthly — A broader look at the month’s progress
- Quarterly — A high-level overview of the past three months
Each report is tied to a specific project, so you know exactly which project it’s about.
You don’t create reports yourself — your agency creates them and shares them with you. The Reports section is where you go to read them.
Viewing Reports
Reports List
When you open the Reports page, you’ll see your reports grouped by project. This makes it easy to find reports for a specific project without scrolling through everything.
Each report in the list shows:
- Report title
- Report type (Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly)
- Date it was created
- Project name it belongs to

Click on any report to open it. A full report typically includes:
Summary Section
A brief overview of the report period — what was accomplished, what’s in progress, and any important notes.
Key Metrics
Numbers and statistics that show measurable progress. Each metric includes:
- Metric name (e.g., “Tasks Completed”, “Hours Logged”, “Budget Used”)
- Value (the actual number)
- Trend — Whether this metric went up, down, or stayed the same compared to the previous period
Detailed Sections
Longer write-ups that go deeper into specific topics. Your agency might include sections about design progress, development updates, upcoming plans, or anything else relevant to your project.
Reports are a great way to stay informed without having to check in constantly. If your agency sends weekly reports, you can just read through them every week to know exactly where things stand.
