What is Projexia?
Projexia is a project management platform built for agencies. It helps you manage projects, tasks, clients, team members, invoices, files, and more — all from one place. It also includes client and team portals so everyone stays in the loop.
Who is Projexia for?
Projexia is designed for agencies — digital marketing agencies, design studios, software development shops, consulting firms, and any service-based business that manages projects for clients. It works for agencies of all sizes, from solo freelancers to large teams.
What are the three portals?
Projexia has three separate portals, each built for a different audience:
- Agency Dashboard — The main hub for agency owners, admins, and managers. This is where you manage everything: projects, tasks, clients, team, invoices, reports, and settings.
- Client Portal — A dedicated space for your clients. They can view their projects, approve deliverables, pay invoices, submit support requests, chat with your team, and more.
- Team Portal — A simplified portal for team members (designers, developers, etc.). They can view assigned tasks, track time, view projects, and download files.
Can I use Projexia on mobile?
Yes. Projexia is fully responsive and works on mobile browsers. All three portals (Agency Dashboard, Client Portal, and Team Portal) are designed to work on phones and tablets. There is no separate mobile app — you access everything through your web browser.
How do I reset my password?
- Go to the login page of your portal
- Click “Forgot password?” below the login form
- Enter your email address
- Check your email for a password reset link
- Click the link and set a new password
If you don’t receive the email, check your spam folder. If it’s still not there, contact your agency admin.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Projexia uses industry-standard security practices:
- Encrypted connections — All data is transmitted over HTTPS
- Password hashing — Passwords are never stored in plain text
- JWT authentication — Secure token-based authentication with short-lived access tokens (15 minutes) and longer-lived refresh tokens (30 days)
- Role-based access — Each user only sees what their role allows
Can I export my data?
Data export capabilities depend on your plan and the specific data you need. For detailed export needs, contact your agency admin or Projexia support.
How do I contact support?
If you need help, you can reach out through the support channels provided by your agency admin. Check your organization’s settings or contact your admin for the specific support options available to you.
Can multiple people use the same account?
No. Each person should have their own account with their own email address. This ensures proper access control, audit trails, and that each person only sees what they’re supposed to see. Sharing accounts is not recommended.
Does Projexia support multiple languages?
Projexia is currently available in English only. The interface, notifications, and all text throughout the platform are in English.
Can I use Projexia for personal projects?
Projexia is designed for agency-client workflows, but there’s nothing stopping you from using it for personal projects. You can create projects without assigning a client. However, you’ll get the most value if you use it in an agency setting with clients and team members.
How do I get started?
If you’re an agency owner:
- Sign up for a Projexia account
- Set up your organization (name, preferences, branding)
- Invite your team members
- Add your first client
- Create your first project
