Team Portal

The Team Portal is a dedicated space for team members to see their work, track their time, and stay on top of what’s happening across their projects. It’s built for people who are part of your agency’s team — designers, developers, writers, and anyone else doing the work.

Who is it for?

The Team Portal is for team members with a Member or Viewer role. Your agency admin or manager invites you to the portal, and once you’re in, you can see everything assigned to you without needing to ask anyone for updates.

You’ll receive an invitation email with a link to set up your account. Once you accept the invite and log in, you’ll land on your Dashboard.

What can you do here?

Here’s a quick overview of every section in the Team Portal:

SectionWhat it does
DashboardYour homepage — see your task stats, overdue alerts, recent tasks, and active projects at a glance
My TasksView all tasks assigned to you in a list or Kanban board, filter by status and priority
My ProjectsSee all projects you’re part of, check progress, milestones, team members, and updates
Time TrackingStart/stop a timer, log manual time entries, and view your daily timesheet
FilesBrowse and download files shared on your projects

What you CANNOT do

The Team Portal is designed to give you visibility into your work, but some actions are reserved for managers and admins:

  • Create or edit tasks — You can view tasks assigned to you, but you cannot create new ones or change task details
  • Create projects — Only managers and admins can create projects
  • Upload files — File uploads are handled by managers through the Agency Dashboard
  • Approve time logs — Your time logs are reviewed and approved by your manager

If you need something changed (like a task deadline or a file uploaded), reach out to your manager or admin. They handle those actions from the Agency Dashboard.

How to get there

Your agency admin will send you an invite email with a link. Click the link, set your password, and log in. Once you’re in, you’ll see the sidebar on the left with links to every section listed above. Just click on any section to get started.
