Answers to common questions from clients using the Projexia Client Portal.


How do I access the client portal?

Your agency sends you an invitation email with a link. Click the link, set your password, and log in. After that, you can access the portal anytime by going to the portal URL your agency provided.

If you don’t know your portal URL, ask your agency contact for the login link.


I didn’t receive my invite email. What do I do?

First, check your spam or junk folder — invitation emails sometimes end up there. If you still can’t find it:

  1. Wait a few minutes — emails can sometimes take a few minutes to arrive
  2. Ask your agency to resend the invite from their dashboard
  3. Make sure your agency has the correct email address on file

Add the sender’s email address to your contacts so future emails (like notifications and password resets) don’t get caught by spam filters.


Can I change my password?

Yes. There are two ways:

From inside the portal:

  1. Go to Sidebar → Profile
  2. Click the Security tab
  3. Enter your current password and your new password
  4. Click Update Password

If you forgot your password:

  1. Go to the portal login page
  2. Click “Forgot password?”
  3. Enter your email address
  4. Check your email for a reset link
  5. Click the link and set a new password

How do I submit a support request?

  1. Go to Sidebar → Requests in your portal
  2. Click “New Request” in the top-right corner
  3. Fill in the subject, description, priority, and category
  4. Click Submit

Your agency will be notified and will respond in the conversation thread on the request detail page.


Can I see all team members working on my project?

Yes. Open any project from Sidebar → Projects, then click into the project detail page. You’ll see a Team section (or tab) that lists everyone assigned to your project, along with their role.


How do I pay an invoice?

  1. Go to Sidebar → Invoices
  2. Find the invoice you want to pay
  3. Click on it to open the detail page
  4. Click the “Pay Now” button
  5. Complete the payment through the Razorpay payment gateway
  6. Once paid, the invoice status updates to Paid

You can only pay invoices that have a Sent or Overdue status. Draft invoices are not yet ready for payment.


Can I download invoices as PDF?

Yes. On the invoice detail page, click the “Download PDF” button. The invoice will be downloaded as a PDF file that you can save or print.


How do I approve a deliverable?

  1. Go to Sidebar → Approvals
  2. Find the deliverable waiting for your review
  3. Click on it to open the detail page
  4. Review the content, add any annotations or comments
  5. Click Approve to approve it, or Reject / Request Changes if modifications are needed

Can I upload files?

Yes. Go to Sidebar → Files, click the Upload button, select a project, choose a file from your computer, and optionally add a note. Click Upload to share the file with your agency.


How do I chat with my agency team?

Go to Sidebar → Messages. You’ll see your chat rooms listed on the left. Click on a room to open the conversation and type your message at the bottom.
