Profile & Settings
The Profile & Settings page is where you manage your personal information, security, and notification preferences. It’s organized into three tabs so everything is easy to find.
Go to Sidebar → Profile to get here (or click your avatar in the top-right corner).
Profile Tab
This is where you manage your basic personal information.
What you can edit
- Name — Your full name as it appears across the portal.
- Phone number — Your contact number.
- Designation — Your job title or role (e.g., “Marketing Director”, “CEO”).
What you can view (read-only)
- Company information — Your company name and details. This is set by your agency and can’t be changed from your side.
- Last login — The date and time you last logged into the portal.
To save changes, update the fields you want to change and click Save.
Your email address is used as your login and can’t be changed from this page. If you need to update your email, contact your agency.
Security Tab
This tab is all about keeping your account safe.
Change Password
To update your password:
- Enter your current password.
- Type your new password.
- Confirm the new password by typing it again.
- Click Update Password.
Use a strong password that’s at least 8 characters long and includes a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols. Avoid using the same password you use for other websites.
Active Sessions
Below the password section, you’ll see a list of all devices and browsers where you’re currently logged in. Each session shows:
- Device type (e.g., Chrome on Windows, Safari on iPhone)
- IP address
- Last active — When this session was last used
Revoking Sessions
If you see a session you don’t recognize — or you want to log out from a device you no longer use — click Revoke next to that session. This will immediately log you out on that device.
If you see a session from a device or location you don’t recognize, revoke it immediately and change your password. This could mean someone else has access to your account.
Notifications Tab
This tab lets you control which notifications you receive. You can toggle each notification type on or off:

| Project Updates | When your agency posts a new update on one of your projects |
| Milestone Changes | When a project milestone is completed or its status changes |
| Invoice Alerts | When a new invoice is sent to you or an invoice becomes overdue |
| Ticket Replies | When your agency replies to one of your support requests |
| Approval Requests | When a new deliverable is sent for your approval |
| Weekly Digest | A weekly email summarizing everything that happened across your projects |
| Chat Messages | When you receive a new message in one of your chat rooms |
Toggle them on to receive notifications, or off to stop them. Changes are saved automatically.
We recommend keeping Invoice Alerts and Approval Requests turned on at minimum. These are time-sensitive notifications that help you avoid missed payments and auto-approved deliverables.
