Invoices & Payments

The Invoices section is where you can view all the invoices your agency has sent you, check their status, download PDF copies, and make payments online.

Go to Sidebar → Invoices to get here.

Invoices List Page

Summary Cards

At the top, you’ll see four summary cards:

CardWhat it shows
TotalThe total number of invoices sent to you
PaidHow many invoices you’ve already paid
OverdueInvoices that are past their due date and still unpaid
OutstandingThe total dollar amount you currently owe across all unpaid invoices

Filter Buttons

Below the summary cards, you can filter your invoices by clicking one of these buttons:

  • All — Shows every invoice
  • Pending — Invoices waiting for payment
  • Overdue — Invoices past their due date
  • Paid — Invoices that have been paid

Invoice List

Each invoice in the list shows:

  • Invoice number (e.g., INV-001)
  • Due date
  • Amount
  • Status badge (color-coded so you can tell at a glance)

Click on any invoice to open its detail page.

Invoice Statuses

Here’s what each status means:

StatusMeaning
DraftThe invoice has been created but not yet sent to you. You usually won’t see these.
SentThe invoice has been sent to you and is waiting for payment.
ViewedYou’ve opened the invoice.
PaidPayment has been received. Nothing more to do.
OverdueThe due date has passed and the invoice hasn’t been paid yet.
Partially PaidSome of the amount has been paid, but not the full total.
CancelledThe invoice has been cancelled by your agency. No payment is needed.

Pay attention to Overdue invoices. If you see any, it means the due date has already passed. Make a payment as soon as possible to avoid any issues with your agency.

Invoice Detail Page

Click on any invoice to see the full details, including:

  • Invoice number and issue date
  • Due date
  • Line items — A breakdown of what you’re being charged for (service, quantity, rate, total)
  • Subtotal, tax, and grand total
  • Status
  • Payment history (if any payments have been made)

Downloading a PDF

On the invoice detail page, you’ll see a Download PDF button. Click it to save a copy of the invoice to your computer. This is useful for your own records or for sharing with your accounting team.

Making a Payment

Projexia uses Razorpay for online payments. Here’s how it works:

  1. Open the invoice you want to pay.
  2. Click the Pay Now button.
  3. You’ll be redirected to Razorpay’s secure payment page.
  4. Choose your preferred payment method (credit card, debit card, UPI, net banking, etc.).
  5. Complete the payment.
  6. Once the payment goes through, you’ll be redirected back to Projexia and the invoice status will automatically update to Paid.

The payment is processed securely through Razorpay. Projexia does not store your card or bank details. The entire transaction happens on Razorpay’s platform.

After making a payment, give it a moment to process. The invoice status usually updates within a few seconds. If it doesn’t, try refreshing the page.
