Messages

The Messages section lets you chat directly with your agency team in real-time. It’s a simple, built-in messaging system so you don’t have to switch to email or another app to communicate.

Go to Sidebar → Messages to get here.


Chat Rooms

When you open the Messages page, you’ll see a split panel layout:

  • Left side — A list of all your chat rooms. Each room shows the room name and a preview of the latest message.
  • Right side — The conversation for whichever room you’ve selected.

Your agency creates chat rooms for you. You might have a room for each project, a general room for quick questions, or any other setup your agency prefers.

To start chatting, just click on a room from the list on the left. The conversation will load on the right side.


Sending Messages

Once you’ve selected a chat room:

  1. Type your message in the text box at the bottom of the conversation.
  2. Click Send (or press Enter).

Your message will appear in the conversation immediately.


Real-Time Updates

Messages auto-refresh every 5 seconds, so you’ll see new replies from your agency team without needing to manually refresh the page. Just keep the Messages page open and new messages will appear automatically.

If you’re waiting for a quick reply from your agency, keep the Messages page open. You’ll see their response pop up within a few seconds of them sending it.


Finding Your Messages

There are a couple of ways to get to your messages:

  • Sidebar → Messages — Opens the full Messages page.
  • Dashboard — The Messages preview at the bottom of the Dashboard shows your most recent conversations. Click on any room to jump straight into it.

Messages are organized by chat room. If you’re looking for a conversation about a specific project, look for a room with that project’s name. If you’re not sure which room to use, ask your agency team.
