Client Portal

The Client Portal is your window into everything your agency is doing for you. It’s a dedicated space where you can track projects, review deliverables, pay invoices, chat with your team, and much more — all from one place.

Who is it for?

The Client Portal is built for clients — the people who hire agencies to do work for them. Your agency invites you to the portal, and once you’re in, you can see everything related to your projects without needing to send emails back and forth.

You’ll receive an invitation email from your agency with a link to set up your account. Once you log in, you’ll land on your Dashboard.

What can you do here?

Here’s a quick overview of every section in the Client Portal:

How to get there

Your agency will send you a login link. Once you log in, you’ll see the sidebar on the left with links to every section listed above. Just click on any section to get started.

If you’re brand new, start with the Dashboard — it gives you a summary of everything happening across your projects in one place.
